smog / rock bottom riser / music video

I co-directed this music video with artists Paul Mcneil through pictureDRIFT for Drag City / Smog (Bill Callahan). In the video, hundreds of ink paintings form the basis for a dreamy and flowing animation, randomly moving from image to image we travel deep into the murk of a distant memory rising to the surface.
